These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Opptunity. Opptunity is currently offered as a private pilot for invited research labs and research groups. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and professional research standards.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Content and Collaboration

You retain ownership of your contributions. By publishing content on Opptunity, you grant the platform the rights necessary to host, display, and version your content for collaboration, governance, and auditability features.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Opptunity for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, or intentional misinformation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Pilot Status

During the private pilot, features may change and access is limited to invited participants. These terms do not create enterprise commitments such as certified compliance programs, guaranteed uptime, or contractual data-processing obligations beyond those described here.
